Please include DiveCulture.com email address contact@diveculture.com when you make the payment. The respective bank will notify us through email once the transaction is completed and we will be able to update your order status immediately.

Please take note that if you are paying using your friends, family...etc. Maybank account, please email us a screen shot of the transaction receipt at contact@diveculture.com for verification.

After payment is done, you will receive an email advising when every product will be shipped. This will be followed by shipping tracking number on a separate email a few days later.
