All products sold at DiveCulture.com will have a 7 days return policy!
Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at
firstname.lastname@example.org within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE.
DiveCulture.com will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the
product back at his/her own cost.
Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost
of the during the return shipment back to DiveCulture.com, thus is advice to use
insured registered shipping. After the 7 days return period, all warranted product
will be claimed under warranty/repair by DiveCulture.com and non-warranty product
is no longer returnable.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return
is a direct result of a DiveCulture.com error, a restocking fee of 15% +
may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened
software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been
downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.
